Abducted Deputy VC Released After 24 Hours Hostage

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED), Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, Professor Joseph Olusanya, who was kidnapped late Monday has been released by his captors.
Confirmation to this effect was made by the Ogun Police Command, Spokesperson, Muyiwa Adejobi, 24 hours (Tuesday night) after his abduction.
Professor Olusanya who was kidnapped by the unknown gunmen in Odogbolu local government area of the state, on Ijebu Ode – Beniin –Ore expressway, the Police informed has also been re-united with members of his family.
The senior Don as reported yesterday by AFRICAN EXAMINER was crossed on Monday night, during a return journey from University of Agriculture Alabata, Abeokuta suburb, the Ogun state Capital, where it was learnt he went for an official engagement.
