2023: Moghalu Joins New Political Party

(AFRICAN EXAMINER) – Ahead of the 2023 presidential election, former deputy governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Kingsely Moghlau, has crossed over the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

The 58-year-old had previously dumped the Young Progressive Party (YPP) after his underwhelming performance as a candidate in the 2019 presidential election.

Moghalu announced his new party on Friday, October 8, 2021 declaring his faith in the ability of Nigerian youths to re-engineer Nigeria’s economy.

“I ask all my political supporters to join the ADC,” he said.
