15 Killed, 70 Shops Razed In Bauchi Explosion
Featured, Latest Headlines, News From The State Tuesday, December 23rd, 2014Audu Limun, Bauchi – No fewer than 70 shops and FCMB branch situated in Bauchi Central market were razed down in a fresh explosion that rocked the Bauchi Central market on Monday.
The Chairman of the Central Market Traders’ Association office Alhaji Adamu Musa Noma, disclosed that 15 persons including traders’ and customers were killed in the explosion.
He said two men dressed in mobile police uniform and a lady came to the market Monday evening and brought boxes and Atamfa (Ankara) clothing materials and dropped them in a shop.
Noma added that one of the men went outside to make a call, while others detonated the bomb.
