Yaya Toure is the King of African Football 2013

Manchester City star Yaya Toure on Thursday won a third straight CAF Footballer of the Year Award ahead of Mikel Obi of Nigeria.
The 31-year-old Ivory Coast international also won the award in 2011 and 2012.
Two-time winner Didier Drogba was also nominated for this award.
Egyptian legend Mohamed Aboutrika beat compatriot Ahmed Fathy and Sunday Mba from Nigeria to win the best Player based in Africa.
