Osaze in swap deal. Cardif striker off to Stoke
- Updated: January 25, 2014

Controversial former Super Eagles striker, Peter Osaze Odemwinge is on the move again, just four months after arriving at Premier League side, Cardif City.
Cardif new manager and former Manchester United player, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, who confirmed the Odemwinge’s move to Stoke City after his side’s FA Cup fourth-round 1-0 win at Bolton said the player exchange deal will see Kenwyne Jones to South Wales.
‘Obviously, you cannot confirm anything until papers are signed and medicals are done, but we are quite a long way down that road. Solsjaer said.
‘I can’t say anything about any other players, but I know Stoke have brought out a statement so I can confirm what they have said.’ He added.
The 32-year-old signed a two-year contract and netted twice in his first four games for the Bluebirds – however, he has failed to add to that tally in 13 appearances since since his arrival from West Brom for a fees said to be around £2million.
