Montenegro Beat Black Stars
- Updated: March 5, 2014

Dejan Damjanovic converted an early spot-kick to give Montenegro a 1-0 victory over Ghana in Podgorica on Wednesday.
The hosts were awarded a spot kick for a foul by David Addy on Filip Kasalica after just 15 seconds.
The Black Stars responded positively shortly after the poor start with Christian Atsu missing three clear chances in the first half.
Substitute Kevin-Prince Boateng and captain Asamoah Gyan could not get the Ghanians back into the game.
Montenegro had two chances to double their lead but, after they had a penalty shout for handball waved away, Damjanovic wasted a one-on-one as Kwarasey turned his shot around the post.
