Stoke City striker Victor Moses and Lille goalkeeper Vincent Enyeama have been recalled to the Super Eagles ahead of next month’s 2015 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying double header against Sudan.
The Big Boss also extended his invitations to a couple of first-timers including former junior international Raheem Lawal, Norway based Anyora Ugonna striker Aaron Samuel, who is plays in China.
However, despite clamours for the inclusion of strikers Ikechukwu Uche and Obafemi Martins, the duo as well as Kelechi Iheanach were missing in the list of invited players.
The African champions must win both legs of the qualifying rounds to have a good chance of making it through to the next round of the continental tournament, having lost one and drawn the other of their last two games.
Both teams will clash in Khartoum on Saturday, October 11 before facing each other in Abuja four days later.
