Juventus Restores Advantage After Roma Victory

Juventus pulled nine points clear at the top of Serie A as a thunderous strike from Carlos Tevez sunk city rivals Torino 1-0.
Tevez’s clever shot on the turn after 30 minutes proved enough to restore the Italian champions’ advantage over Roma, who edged out Bologna on Saturday night.
Lazio emerged victorious after four goals in 11 frantic second-half minutes lit up the Stadio Olimpico and condemned Sassuolo to a sixth straight Serie A defeat.
