Courtois Not Ready To Sit On The Bench….Wants Future sorted out By Chelsea Now

Thibaut Courtois wants his future to be sorted out as soon as possible as the highly-rated goalkeeper admits he doesn’t want to return to Stamford Bridge if Petr Cech is still there.

Courtois has been on loan at Aletico Madrid for the past three seasons and is currently preparing for the biggest game of his life – Saturday’s Champions League final against Real Madrid.

“We will see in the next week if we can sit together with Chelsea to find something for next year, find out what they want, what my desire is” Thibaut Courtois.

The 22-year-old Belgian is desperate to make himself first choice under Blues boss Jose Mourinho.

But he is wary of returning to London to battle for a starting spot with Chelsea legend Cech.

“I have the biggest respect for Petr Cech. He is one of the best goalkeepers in the world, so I think putting him and me in the same team is not the healthiest thing in the world.

“The two of us want to play everything.

“Nobody will be happy to play in only the League Cup or FA Cup. Things are unclear at the moment.”

Chelsea signed Courtois from Genk for £5m in June 2011 but has yet to make an appearance for them.

Meanwhile, Atletico striker Diego Costa is using horse placenta in a desperate bid to be fit for the final.

The Chelsea transfer target is a major doubt due to a thigh injury.

But he the Spain hitman has been sent to Belgrade to seek treatment from controversial medic Marijana Kovacevic, who uses fluid derived from horse placenta to repair damaged cells.

Kovacevic has previously treated Robin van Persie and Frank Lampard.
