Chamberlain’s Brace Send Arsenal To The Top
- Updated: February 2, 2014

Arsenal have returned to the top of the Barclays Premier League after a 2-0 defeat of Crstal Palace at the Emirates stadium on Sunday.
England international Oxlade-Chamberlain scored the brace that put the leaders two points clear of Manchester City, who play Chelsea on Monday evening.
Chamberlain calmly lobbed the ball over Julian Speroni after an excellent pass from Santi Carzola just two minutes into the second half to give the Gunner a deserved lead.
Chamberlain sealed victory for Arsenal when he combined with Olivier Giroud in the 73rd minute.
City will reclaim the top spot if they beat third place Chelsea at the Etiha on Monday.
